What is the shelf life of Fellow Barber grooming products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months after opening. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of our natural ingredients.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. Fellow Barber is committed to ethical practices. All of our formulations are paraben-free, sulfate-free, and 100% cruelty-free.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their grooming essentials sooner.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I use my online gift card at a physical Fellow Barber location?
Currently, our website gift cards are specifically for use on our online store. For services or products at our barbershops, please purchase a separate in-shop gift certificate.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to provide professional grooming supplies to our international customers soon.
